The Lottery accepts digital entries only and cannot be entered over the phone. Only one entry per person is accepted. Entries from duplicate accounts will be disqualified. If you have any issues logging in to your account to enter the lottery, contact Ticket Central at email@example.com or 212 279 4200 to resolve your account issue. Ticket Central cannot submit your entry for you. After submitting, you should see a note at the top of the page "Article form submitted" and expect to receive a confirmation email within an hour of your entry.
