The Oscar ® -winning Oliver Stone, this year's Screenwriters Tribute recipient, will discuss his legendary body of work. He is one of the world’s preeminent filmmakers—an iconoclast and visionary, not only as a director, but as a writer and public intellectual.

Hosted by Eugene Jarecki

Eugene Jarecki is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and an award-winning director of dramatic and documentary films. He has twice won both the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival and the prestigious Peabody Award, for Why We Fight and in The House I Live In . His other films include the Emmy award-winning Reagan , The Trials of Henry Kissinger , and Freakonomics . Jarecki wrote and directed the feature narrative The Opponent . He is also the author of The American Way of War: Guided Missiles , Misguided Men , and a Republic in Peril and the director of The Eisenhower Project, a public policy group.
