About the Film

WORLD PREMIERE. The night Abigail (Christina Ricci), a single mom of two young children, meets Ben (Hamish Linklater) at a bar, they jokingly come up with a list of things to do before their imagined breakup, knowingly full well they’ll never even start a relationship. But when the random one-night stand that follows results in a pregnancy, the unlikely pair try to make a go of it, upending both of their lives.

About the Filmmaker

Galt Niederhoffer is a writer, director, and producer. She has written and directed two films, 10 Things We Should Do Before We Break Up and The Romantics. Niederhoffer has written four novels, published by St. Martin's Press, including The Romantics and Poison. She has produced more than 20 indie films, including The Kids Are All Right, Infinitely Polar Bear, and Robot and Frank. Niederhoffer has been published in Vogue, New York Magazine, Jezebel, and Harper’s Bazaar. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.
