About the Film
About the Director
In contemporary times, it can be best to settle arguments like in the olden ones… at 12 paces.
Stephen Leslie has worked as a script reader, tea-maker, cameraman, producer and director. He made an award wining short about bestiality, I WAS CATHERINE THE GREAT’S STABLE BOY which, strangely, helped win him a job at the BBC. He then spent four years directing documentaries including one about Spontaneous Human Combustion. Since then Stephen has focused on scriptwriting earning commissions from the BBC, Film4, Working Title. Stephen was named a Screen International ‘Star of Tomorrow’ in 2007, possibly prematurely. One script, FLUTTER, has been made in to a feature. He is currently developing several features and a TV series.
